The Pacific Islands Regional
Consortium of Herbaria supports the enhancement of research cyberinfrastructure within Hawai'i and the Pacific for implementing shared specimen data hosting of regional collections.

Phase 1 is digitally uniting the collections of the University of Hawai'i at Manoa Herbarium, Harold L. Lyon Arboretum, and the University of Guam. The initial estimated summary of base line data is 60,000 specimen records.
